While 12-year-old Mae's (Cailee Fleming) father (John Krasinski) awaits surgery, she stays with her grandmother in an apartment in Brooklyn. Worried about her father, Mae gets a distraction when she believes she sees a little girl going into an apartment on the third floor of the same building. She knocks at the door, where she meets Cal (Ryan Reynolds), who lives with a number of imaginary friends (IFs) who have been forgotten or discarded by their children.

Although most people can't see them, Cal discovers that Mae can, so he reluctantly accepts her offer to help them get new friends.

The Fall Guy isn't just a film; it's a love letter to the unsung heroes of Hollywood — the stunt crews. With Director Leitch at the helm, a man who's orchestrated some of the most jaw-dropping stunts in recent cinema history, this film was destined to be a celebration of bodily risk and cinematic thrill.

It's been a hit with audiences and praised for its adrenaline-fueled action. It's hailed as "an act of pure movie love."

And don't forget the all-star cast, which includes Ryan Gosling, Emily Blunt, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Hannah Waddingham, and Stephanie Hsu.

He’s a stuntman, and like everyone in the stunt community, he gets blown up, shot, crashed, thrown through windows, and dropped from the highest of heights, all for our entertainment. And now, fresh off an almost career-ending accident, this working-class hero has to track down a missing movie star, solve a conspiracy, and try to win back the love of his life while still doing his day job. What could possibly go right?

Something really special is happening in our art gallery on Friday, May 17, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.! We'll unveil a brand new exhibit featuring art created by Concrete High School students.

The exhibit will be on display for about two weeks, but Friday night is your best chance to meet the artists. Come discover what happens when someone, regardless of age, is encouraged to be creative!

Our thanks to Paul Rider, Digital Art & Design Teacher/Yearbook Adviser at CHS, who encouraged these artists, curated the exhibit, framed it, and helped install the display.
