Please welcome Jacqui to our Maven team!! She has been working so hard for her personal growth along with becoming a certified instructor.
Jacqui had always wanted to Pole because she was in dance and gymnastics but didn't know how to get started. She would work out and go to muggle gyms but nothing ever really made her keep coming back and she would always stop working out.
Jacqui is now 34 and has been poling since January 2022. She will be 'two years old' in January of 2024. She started just doing Pole because she wanted to tap into her sensual side and learn how to love her body. She then discovered many other aerial apparatuses (there are so many!) like Lyra and Sling. She is the newest to sling but have performed in the showcase for Lyra and now several for Pole as well. Hopefully, next showcase she can add a Sling routine to my repertoire!
Please welcome Morgan to our Mavens. If you see her, say welcome and hello. We are so happy to add you to our Maven team, Morgan.
Morgan is a certified Yoga and Aerial Yoga instructor local to Conroe Tx. She found her passion for flying through taking Aerial Yoga classes and her love for teaching on the mat made its way to teaching in the air. Morgan loves to create challenging and fun sequences for students to explore. Her classes are inclusive and she alway strives to create a safe environment and fun space for everyone. You can expect to feel strong and powerful as she guides you through flows both in and out of the hammock.

WHAT THE HECK IS PILATES???🤸♀️
Pilates is a form of exercise involving a series of movements which concentrates on core strength, posture, balance and flexibility. Practicing Pilates can really make a difference in your health without taking a toll on your body.
Benefits:
• Develop a strong core – defined abdominals and a strong back.
• Gain stronger muscles and flexibility.
• Create an evenly conditioned body, improve aerial/sports performance, and prevent injuries.
• Learn how to move efficiently - developing proper technique and re-training your body to move safer and more efficiently.
• Gentle but also challenging. It’s an extremely flexible exercise system that provides modifications to allow for a range of abilities (difficulty from beginning to advanced).

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Somatic Breathwork
session by will film the whole guided experience. Breathwork can be beautifully intense emotionally, so please read about it with the link in bio under Somatic Breathwork to go to her site or visit her IG, see what it is about, and if it is for you. Waivers must be signed upon arrival.
7 pm - 8:30 pm Soundbath session
by Adriana is back again with her calming transformational bath of sounds.
We have plenty of mats and some blankets and pillows, but please bring your own to get really comfy during the breathwork and soundbath.
It is a day that our Haus, Mavens, & Event Guests volunteer their time to give back to their community.
Donations are not required but are welcome!

Anna was born & raised on the beaches of San Diego, CA. She moved to Conroe about 2.5 years ago. She enjoys reading fantasy books & writing her own books & poetry. She is a tarot card reader, Reiki practitioner, & artist. Anna joined Meraki Haus as a student on its opening day & has since found community, movement, expression, & confidence. While she enjoys any & all classes at the Haus, her aerial heart belongs to the Lyra & she has a newfound passion for burlesque. She’s so excited to be a part of the team & to see where this next chapter takes her.

I want to welcome to the Maven team. We are excited for her to bring her expertise to the fam!
"Nissa is a Massage Therapist of 9 years and is passionate for helping others heal. She began her fitness journey through her love for yoga leading her into the pole dance world. Her six year experience of pole, has allowed her to gain knowledge and observation skills. She instructs her students transitioning safely and intentionally from studying these skills within herself. Nissa believes much healing comes from self expression through movement. Among her qualities, she is Liquid Motion and Xpert certified. Her classes will educate students technique, proper muscle engagement, and ways to discover mind, body and movement connection!"
Liquid Motion will start on June 7th at 7:50 p.m. bi-weekly.
