When we say cassareep we mean business. As Guyanese we know the value of a getting great taste of our beloved home while living abroad and the highest respect to our Indigenous People who created a gem of a condiment that became and will forever be a Guyanese household name. On a side note, we do sell burn sugar to put in black cake, included in our black cake kit or separately if desired.
