Y’all check out our wedding video 💕. It’s not hard to have a beautiful wedding with limited resources!! We rented a tent,tables, and chairs and my family decorated. You can have an absolutely gorgeous riverfront wedding without spending an insane amount of money. Right now our prices are $150 for one day and $300 for 2. We have awesome photographers , florists, and caterers that recommend all local! Off The Beaten Path can help you out as well with ALL of your wedding needs. Feel free to share 🥰

Hey y’all! Happy Sunday!! I’m going to make make a list of our prices and tell everyone more about what we offer. We have 5 acres of beautiful riverfront property in Cosby, TN that’s available to use as a venue. As of right now when you book with us you will have to rent tables, chairs, a tent, etc. We have vendors for that so no big deal. My hubby built the arch in the picture and can buil another 💕. We are reducing our prices the remainder of this season for all you last minute planners .

*Weddings - $300 for 2 days
*Birthday parties - $45 an hour and inflatables can be rented about 3 minutes from here
*Family and Class Reunions - $150 for all day
*Benefits- $150

Hey y’all I’m making our venue it’s own page so we can keep up better. We are offering a venue for weddings, receptions, reunions, or whatever you can think of . It is beautiful riverfront land on Hartford Rd. We have plenty of parking so you can have plenty of guests 💕. There’s no reason anyone has to travel out of Cocke County to have a beautiful venue when we live in the most gorgeous place God has ever created 🙌🏼 Let’s keep it local We have discounted prices for the rest of this season so tell your friends!!! Also if anyone has any pictures of an event that you have had at Van’s on The River would y’all post them to our page ? Our family has hosted events for years but we are taking it to the next level.
