We have made the tough decision to close Chuckwagon Park while we make an adjustment in the strategy.
Our vision was to be a restaurant offering variable food options delivered by rotating vendors. We struggled operationally with vendor scheduling and offering a consistent product for our customers. For example, we had 3 vendors cancel this weekend that were scheduled and needed to make a change.
During the 4 months open we hosted events with great success for local groups like , , , , Heartland Consulting, and birthday parties. We expect to re-open this fall with a more intentional approach towards events and advanced scheduling.
