Today I'm making another menu item. This will be the second meal for the menu. Bayou Penne was first. This meal will be a creamy parmesan and basil orzo. Customers will be offered a choice of three proteins to pair with it.. Seared Sea Scallops. Baked Chicken Breast. A white fish, today I'm making chilean sea bass.
