Here is a great way to practice the Charleston by yourself. Just make sure that you take all the jokers out of your set first because remember it is illegal to pass Jokers so to really have this be effective make sure that you are not passing Jokers in the Charleston set up. Also keep your Charleston that you give away neatly to the side so you can see what you gave away and what you received. Enjoy please tell me how the exercise works if you try it.
