Epic Beef Nacho Supreme - Don't Lose This
Ingredients
Beef : 300 g (0.66 pounds)
Onion: 1 medium (diced)
Red beans: 400 g
Nachos: 175 g
Grated cheese: ½ cup
Heavy cream: ½ cup , sour cream, or creme Fresh
For the sauce: (mix together)
Tomato sauce
Onions
Peppers
Hot jalapenos
Garlic
Cilantro
How To Make Epic Beef Nachos Supreme
In a large frying pan, fry the minced meat with the onion and season with salt and pepper.
Always remember to chop the vegetables for the sauce and fry in a separate pan. You can then add the tomato sauce when the vegetables start to get soft.
You’ll want to add this sauce to the pan with the meat and let it simmer until the minced meat is cooked and there is nothing raw, it takes around 20 to 25 minutes.
Make sure to arrange the corn tortillas on a baking sheet. It’s now time to cover the hot sauce from these Mexican nachos with the meat recipe.
The melted cheese should be added on top. And please season with salt and pepper.
Once done,you need to bake until the cheese is melted and has a toasted color.
You can serve these Mexican nachos with a meat recipe garnished with sour cream or creme fraiche.

Baked legs with cream of mushroom
Ingredients
1/4 cup flour (you can use gluten-free flour)

Cajun shrimp and steak
INGREDIENTS

1 Ib. steak, cut into cubes (you can use Ribeye or Sirloin)

HAWAIIAN STYLE TERIYAKI CHICKEN
You’ll Need
3 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thigh.
1 cup of soy sauce.
1 cup of water.
1 cup of sugar.
5 cloves of mashed garlic.
1 ginger root ( 2-3 slices cut thin and lengthwise).
How to
-In a large bowl, mix together the water and soy sauce and add in the sugar to be dissolved.
-Add the desired amount of ginger and garlic then add in the chicken.
-You can soak the meat in the marinade for up to 3 days, if you are in a hurry, you need to soak it for at least 24 hours.
If you can’t wait, boil the chicken in the sauce right after you make it.
-Grill the chicken like any other meat on hot heat and then stick it in a pot on the grill.
-Add a little fresh teriyaki sauce to the pot and it will steam the grilled chicken so that the chicken is tender and juicy.

Soft Rolls
5 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons sugar
1pkt yeast (10g)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup luke warm milk
1/2 cup oil
Mix the wet ingredients and add to the dry ingredients. Knead the dough 7-8mins. Leave to rise double in size (about 1 hr).
Knead the dough. Make small balls (12-14) and then line a baking pan with baking paper or grease the pan with margarine/butter. Leave to rise for 15mins.
Preheat oven and bake rolls 16-18 mins. Brush the rolls with butter/margarine when still hot.

Grandma’s Country White Bread -Quick, easy, and tastes great!!
Ingredients
Luke-warm water: 3 cups
Sugar: 1/4 cup
Yeast: 1 1/2 Tbsp.
Oil: 1/3 cup
Salt: 1 Tbsp.
Unbleached ground white wheat flour: 6 – 7 cups (regular all-purpose flour is also fine; about 8 more cups of flour will be needed. This will result in a softer, less-coarse bread.)
Vital wheat gluten: 1 Tbsp. (only if using whole white wheat flour)
How To Make Grandma’s Country White Bread
1. Start by dissolving yeast, in a large mixing bowl, in warm water and sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
2. You’ll want to add the oil, the salt and flour (starting with 6 cups of flour) and mix everything well.
3. Now, knead the dough thoroughly for 6 to 10 minutes, or until everything is incorporated (that’s right, just till the dough is smooth, elastic, very slightly sticky, and pulls away from the bowl).
4. Whilw kneading the dough, be sure to add more flour as needed. And please repeat the process until dough reaches the desired consistency.
5. Using a dish towel or plastic wrap, cover the bowl of dough. Let rise until doubled, it takes at least 1 hour depending on how warm your kitchen is. It’s wise to place the covered bowl inside the oven with the oven light on, and another bowl of warm water sitting on the lower rack so to speed up this process.

Slow Cooker Jambalaya

*INGREDIENTS

°2 skinless chicken breasts, boneless, cut into pieces
°1 pound sliced andouille sausage links
°1 can diced tomatoes 28 ounces
°1 large chopped onion
°1 finely chopped red pepper
°2 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
°2 cups of chicken broth
°1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
°2 teaspoons dried oregano
°1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
°1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
°1 tablespoon tomato paste
°1 cup rice (see note)
°1 pound shrimp 13-15 units

*INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients except the shrimp to the slow cooker and stir.
Cook on low heat for 7-8 hours (high for 3-4 hours). Add the rice 1 hour before the end.
In the last 15 minutes, add the prawns.
REMARKS
Adding rice to the slow cooker is optional. You can also simply serve over cooked rice.

Braised Red Wine Short Ribs 😋😋
Ingredients
2 tablespoons kosher for Passover vegetable oil
6 flanken-style short ribs with bones, cut 2 inches thick (about 4 pounds)
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 carrots, chopped
3 celery ribs, sliced
6 garlic cloves, smashed
One 750-milliliter bottle kosher for Passover dry red wine, such as Cabernet Sauvignon
4 thyme sprigs
1 rosemary sprig
3 cups chicken stock
Directions
In a large skillet, heat the oil. Season the ribs with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook over moderate heat, turning once, until browned and crusty, about 18 minutes. Transfer the ribs to a shallow baking dish in a single layer.
Add the onion, carrots, and celery to the skillet and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until very soft and lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the wine and herbs and bring to a boil over high heat. Pour the hot marinade over the ribs and let cool. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning the ribs once.
Preheat the oven to 350°. Transfer the ribs and marinade to a large casserole, preferably cast-iron. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Cover and cook in the lower third of the oven for 1 1/2 hours, until the meat is tender but not falling apart. Uncover and braise for 45 minutes longer, turning the ribs once or twice, until the sauce is reduced by about half and the meat is very tender.
With a slotted spoon or spider, transfer the meat to a clean shallow baking dish, discarding the bones as they fall off. Strain the sauce into a heatproof measuring cup and skim off as much fat as possible. Pour the sauce over the meat; there should be about 2 cups. Keep warm in a saucepan over the lowest possible heat.
Preheat the broiler. Broil the meat, turning once or twice, until glazed and sizzling, about 10 minutes. Transfer the meat to plates, spoon the sauce on top and serve.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake

1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt

Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 minutes or until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating 5 to 7 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears. Add vanilla mixing well. Combine flour and salt, gradually add to butter mixture, beating at low speed just until blended after each addition. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Fill a 2-cup, ovenproof measuring cup with water; place in oven with tube pan. This will help keep the cake moist. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 to 15 minutes; remove from pan, and cool completely on a wire rack.

Glaze-
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 TBS milk, to consistency

Mix together till desired consistency is reached, but should be thin. Add more milk one teaspoon at a time to get the thinness you want. Drizzle over cooled cake.

Hawaiian Grilled Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs boneless, skinless
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar packed
1 cup pinapple juice
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 tbsp ginger fresh, minced
Instructions
Place chicken thighs in a bowl or gallon-sized Ziploc bag, set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in medium-sized mixing bowl and mix until sugar dissolves.
Pour marinade over chicken, press air out of bag, and seal tightly (or cover the bowl and make it as air-tight as possible).
Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). Remove chicken from bag and set aside. Do NOT discard marinade.
In a medium saucepan, bring marinade to a simmer and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Place chicken on grill and brush some of the hot marinade over the top (do not place brush back in marinade after brushing the chicken).
Continue to grill chicken until done (165 degrees internal temp).
Place cooked chicken in a baking dish and pour remaining hot teriyaki marinade over the top. Serve immediately.

Cheesy Garlic Butter Mushroom Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
Mushrooms:
4 tablespoons butter
8 ounces (250 grams) brown mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chicken:
4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
Salt and pepper, to season
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
8 slices mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 large cloves garlic minced or finely chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1-1/2 cups half and half or use reduced fat cream or evaporated milk*
1/2 cup finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to your tastes
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch cornflour mixed with 2 teaspoons of water (OPTIONAL FOR A THICKER SAUCE)
2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
Chicken:
Preheat oven to 200°C or 400°F.
Melt butter in a large (over 12-inch or 30 cm) oven proof pan or skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add in mushrooms, salt and pepper (to your tastes), and parsley. Cook while stirring occasionally until soft. Set aside and allow to cool while preparing your chicken.
Pat breasts dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder and dried parsley. Rub each piece to evenly coat in seasoning.
Horizontally slice a slit through the thickest part of each breast to form a pocket. Place 2 slices of mozzarella into each breast pocket.
Divide the mushroom mixture into four equal portions and fill each breast with the mushroom mixture (leave the juices in the pan for later. If there are any left over mushrooms, don't worry. You'll use them later). Top the mushroom mixture with 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese per breast. Seal with two or three toothpicks near the opening to keep the mushrooms inside while cooking.
Heat the same pan the mushrooms were in along with the pan juices (the garlic butter will start to brown and take on a 'nutty' flavour). Add the chicken and sear until golden. Flip and sear on the other side until golden. Cover pan and continue cooking in preheated oven for a further 20 minutes, or until completely cooked through the middle and no longer pink.
Serve, with pan juices and any remaining mushrooms, on top of pasta, rice or steamed vegetables.
(To make the optional cream sauce, transfer chicken to a warm plate, keeping all juices in the pan.)
Sauce:
Fry the garlic in the leftover pan juices until fragrant (about 1 minute). Reduce heat to low heat, and add the mustard and half and half (or cream).
Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and add in any remaining mushrooms and parmesan cheese. Allow the sauce to simmer until the parmesan cheese has melted slightly. (If the sauce is too runny for your liking, add the cornstarch/water mixture into the centre of the pan and mix through fast to combine into the sauce. It will begin to thicken immediately).
Season with a little salt and pepper to your taste. Add in the parsley and the chicken back into the pan to serve.

Best Ever Pepper Steak - OMG😱 DON'T LOSE THIS😋
INGREDIENTS
1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
4 tsp. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. freshly minced ginger
Cooked white rice, for serving
DIRECTIONS
Make sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk the soy sauce with the vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
In a large skillet over high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add flank steak, season with salt, and cook until cooked through and seared on all sides, about 8 minutes. Remove steak to a plate.
Add 1 tablespoon remaining oil and red and green bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger and cook stirring until fragrant. Return the beef to the skillet and pour over prepared sauce. Cook, stirring, until the sauce is glossy about 2 minutes more.
Serve with rice.

JAMAICAN BANANA BREAD - OMG😱 DON'T LOSE THIS😋
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 3 bananas)
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt (or pina colada flavored!!)
3 tablespoons dark rum OR apple cider
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup flaked sweetened coconut
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon flaked sweetened coconut
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring with a whisk.
Place granulated sugar and butter in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add banana, yogurt, rum, and vanilla; beat until blended. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed just until moist. Stir in 1/2 cup coconut. Spoon batter into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon coconut. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes on a wire rack; remove from pan. Combine powdered sugar and juice, stirring with a whisk; drizzle over warm bread. Cool completely on wire rack.

DMX once stopped mid-performance to say a prayer. The late Tiny Lister, (Deebo from "Friday" movie), was in the audience, and he was so moved by the prayer that he walked up onto the stage, and he and DMX shared a tearful embrace.

In a world filled with mainstream rappers, I don't know of another rapper in history who openly spoke of God more than DMX.

It is sad that trauma from childhood follows many of us into adulthood, and prevents us from finding our true purpose.

Deebo passed away 1 year ago today.
