Recent post haven’t just been about me, so many in our community have been struggling recently. Most of it I’ve just re-shared as I’m working through my own past present and future. Check on your people, don’t let them get to a state. They may not make it back from embrace your spiritual powers instead of oppressing them like I was trying and it was clearly one of several things that recently blew up my nervous system. So many blessings unfolding if we choose to accept them and do the work, just move forward. Nice little visit from my hawks under the rainbow.

My favorite bracelet I wear most of the time as part of my armor, has the quote. “it’s never too late to be what you might’ve been, just be” So here I am in all my beautiful, messy, glory of growth yet still imperfections. Seemingly back at zero in everything, as I have so many times in life, so the Phoenix can rise again and again. ♾️❤️♾️

Oh sweet ladies- I feel you both... I too have been feeling a lot... but yes tapping can regulate your nervous system... I will do my best to reach out to y'all seperately... but for now-

Just tap on your heart for a moment-

It’s time to start shifting into finding ways to gather for more good causes. It’s time to start partying with a purpose and using our our networks and artistry to raise money for the betterment of humanity. This is a seed that is being planted. There are way too many atrocities occurring in this world and I know we want to do something but don’t all know how. This is a problem I’m looking to solve and hope you will all back me as we embark on a journey to provide more aid to those in need. This is a call to action in the form of what we do best and I look forward to creating more magic with you all. We can do this together. 🩵

Beautiful girl, when you are finished falling, after you hit rock bottom and watch yourself come apart into a million pieces, no one is staying to help you collect yourself, no one is sticking around to pick through your pieces to decide which parts of you are worth keeping. That’s for you to decide. So stay down for as long as you need to. This is the most important part. Take your time. Pay attention. You already broke. So the easy part is over. Go slow....I know, you thought the breaking was the most painful chapter. It wasn’t. Turn the page. The next part is much longer. It’s the healing. The rise. The comeback. It’s the birth of the new you. And it’s not easy. But you are strong and brave and worth it. You’ll have to leave a lot of yourself behind, you’ll have to let go of all the parts of you that you’ve outgrown. We’re not making ourselves small anymore. We’re not bending to fit where we don’t belong anymore. Do you hear me? We’re going all in. Count your wounds, every scar ripped open, every drop of blood you bled like a promise, every tear you cried like a bet in the name of crossing your whole heart, your whole soul, was all for this moment. Right here. Right now. You had to hurt like that to get here to this version of you who knows exactly who she is, who she’s not, who she will never be again. Drop the apologies, babe. Some periods of our growth are so confusing that we don’t even recognize that growth is happening.

We may feel hostile or angry or weepy and hysterical, or we may feel depressed.

It would never occur to us, unless we stumbled on a book or a person who explained to us, that we were in fact in the process of change, of actually becoming larger, spiritually, than we were before.

Whenever we grow, we tend to feel it, as a young seed must feel the weight and inertia of the earth as it seeks to break out of its shell on its way to becoming a plant.

Often the feeling is anything but pleasant. But what is most unpleasant is not knowing what is happening.

Those long periods when something inside ourselves seems to be waiting, holding its breath, unsure about what the next step should be, eventually become the periods we wait for, for it is in those periods that we realize that we are being prepared for the next phase of our life and that, in all probability, a new level of the personality is about to be revealed.

𝐉𝐨𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐜 & 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬... we're half-way between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox! Imbolc is the first of 8 Sabbats in the wheel of our earth's natural cycles.

Imbolc comes from the old Irish name Imbolg which means 'in the belly', meaning sowing the first seeds into the earth, a time to acknowledge the First Spark of Spring, the embedded energies that have been sleeping over the winter. The seeds that are underground acknowledge the returning energy and will begin to convert it to life deep within.

Imbolc is a Celtic fire festival, where in ancient times most towns and villages would build a ceremonial bonfire. The Goddess Brigid, the Goddess of fire, healing and fertility is worshipped on this day. The lighting of fires celebrated the increasing power of the Sun. The Goddess Brigid was so much loved by the Celts that when the Christians were converting Pagans they could not change the holiday of Imbolc so the holiday was reformed and renamed to 'Candlemas' when candles are lit to remember the purification of the Virgin Mary, and they changed the Goddess Brigid into Saint Brigid.

Imbolc is a fire festival it is the ending of Winter and the beginning of Spring... a time of contemplation, to think about the year that has past and the mistakes or successes we have had and what we have learned from them to help us achieve our goals, dreams and ambitions for the coming year. As well as planting seeds to grow in the earth also plant seeds and ideas in your mind to grow and blossom over the coming months.
