Our spacious area here at the ranch allows us to invite many vendors to join us, and spread out a bit over the property. The vendors aren’t so much “confined” to a space, so they are really able to showcase their talents and abilities for you to see.

Come and see our beautiful space and connect with the wonderful vendors in the Four Corners Region at the Southwest Wedding Bazaar. Unlike traditional wedding expos, the SWWB is a unique and perfect way for engaged couples to find vendors (and party a little bit, too!) - all in one place!

Inspired by our surroundings here in the beautiful San Juan Mountains, you’ll find our design palette mimics the natural elements that are all around the four corners region. With over a decade of planning and design experience, it is the creative process of planning an event and watching it all come together that our team loves the most.

Our lead planner/designer Brittney provides a full slate of services, including Planning and Design, Month-of Coordination, or we can create custom packages to fit your needs.

Events include weddings and receptions, elopements, and corporate and family parties.
Our Full Planning option provides management and assistance with everything from apple pies to zip ties. Our Planner will provide planning and design work which can include help with organization, budget, vendor selection, payments due, event timeline, etc. This package also includes setup, decoration, and coordination of the event!

Willing to tackle all that planning yourself? You might want to explore our Wedding/Event Coordinating package so you can relax and enjoy your day! This package provides assistance with things like logistics, table layout, setup and decoration, timeline and schedule adjustments, vendor management, problem-solving, etc.

Grassburger serves award-winning 100% grass-fed, USA raised beef burgers! Our mission is to make the American experience of eating a burger better, sustainable, ethical and of course, delicious! We believe in regenerative and sustainable ranching practices and hope to help heal our planet, one Grassburger at a time! We have vegan, gluten free options available!

We offer 3 options:

burger boxes (individually packed Grassburger with the fixins & our chipotle seasoned chips: choice of beef, turkey or bean, add-ons such as cheese, bacon extra)

2.) burger bowls (individually packaged Grassburger bowl with your choice of beef, turkey or bean)

3.) burger bar - where the customer can have an array of burgers to choose from and will build themselves. Sides are the signature seasoned chips for the burger bar.

Summit Events

My name is Aruna pronounced (A-ru-na) Pietrack and I am the lead planner for Summit Sunset Events.

My passion for weddings started after I planned my very own wedding here in Durango Colorado. After a summer internship, two years as a venue coordinator, and an events certification, I took a leap and started Summit Sunset Events.

Summit Sunset turns three this year! These past three years I've had the amazing opportunity to work at several of our local venues, get to know our local vendors and meet many wonderful couples.

With my knowledge of the area, I know just what needs to be done in order to have a successful event.

Understanding the importance of your event is what drives me and my goal for making sure your day is as memorable and enjoyable as possible.
