Hosted the neighborhood picnic. My contribution was hamburgers, brat patties and Italian sausage. (Signature sausages from Bear’s Blends — me.) Of course with cheese, mushrooms, onions and green peppers. Make it a real sandwich!

65th Wedding Anniversary Brunch. Ham, cheese and spinach strata; potato veggie strata; French toast; bacon; fruit; assorted muffins and breads with honey butter & jam; deviled eggs; pasta salad; fresh veggie salad; turkey and ham tea buns; cheese and sausage.

Picnic for 85 at a camp retreat. Shredded beef and/or shredded turkey on a bun, potato salad, baked beans with bacon, chips, beverages. Desserts were made by the fantastic woman in the pic. 😁

I had the honor of doing something different and special. There is an organization out of Sioux Falls called Fabulous Moments (https://www.facebook.com/fabulousmomentsorg/) that does "make-a-wish" for adults. I had the pleasure of meeting and cooking for Laura Jean, who has ALS, and her husband Toby. Her wish was to come back to HoneyRock where she worked summers as a teen/young adult and bring her family.I am so glad I got to meet them, what nice people, and three beautiful children. And what a neat thing to do for someone. Thank you Robin & Fabulous Moments for making me a part of it.
