Proce

dure:
1. Schedule your event early.
2. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your event date.
3. We will have a phone consultation and meeting at the venue to fully understand your needs, desires and the details for your event.
4. The contract will be generated & signed by you and us for your protection.
5. You will be contacted two (2) weeks prior to the event to confirm details, acquire your song list, and gather important information for the M/C to create a memorable and stress-free event.
6. The remaining balance of our agreed fee will be paid by major credit card, cash or check no later than 7 days before the scheduled event. Information we must know:
1. The date of the event?
2. Type of event?
3. What is the name and address of the event?
4. Is the event indoors or outdoors?
5. What type of music do you want for your event?
6. How many people will attend?
7. Do you want special lighting for your event?
