Just a morning of creating and switching up a few ingredients to make a light and fluffy banana mini loaf! Sunday creations, used a cake flour instead of AP. And egg white and 1 XL Egg yolk, Added Pistachio and Walnuts for that extra crunch, mmmmm.

Mel's Distinctive Treats has become an essential part of our party planning process. We picked our last party date not based on our own family's availability, but rather when Mel was available. Our guests were asking if we would have Mel's Cake-pops and cookies that they remembered from our last party.

Mel's treats are as delicious as they are beautiful. She puts a huge amount of attention into presenting her confections in an aesthetic way and the treat table is always a highlight for kids and adults alike.
