Making my bbq sauce for Vacaville high first home game. We will be there every home game. Menu this Friday the 2nd: tritip with hoagie roll, all beef hotlink with hoagie roll, chicken leg quarter. Sides: mac&cheese and bbq baked beans. We I'll have menus for games starting each Monday for home game week.

We had a great turnout at Vacaville high homecoming. 15 slabs of ribs, case of chicken (48 ) pieces, 20 tritips, 40 hotlinks, 2 big pans of mac&cheese and 6 gal of bbq baked beans. SOLD OUT We really appreciate everyone and apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you all for your support.

Memphis que and Doc's was good. Didn't get to try awesome Aussie or checkered pig but we still had a good time.

Late post. Saturday nights festivities at a client's home in Green Valley. Large party and lots of good people. 2 cases of chicken, 1 1/2 cases of ribs, 2 deep pans of mac&cheese and 2 deep pans of stringbeans with bacon. Wish I would of took pictures of the house and the backyard. Very nice. Thank you to Ed and Annette Abrao for the opportunity to cook for your party , inviting us to stay and celebrate The birthday with you and the networking opportunity. We are happy that you enjoyed the food.
