You want to compliment the Shape of the Table. Keep in mind that the most common shapes of tables you will come across will be round, square or rectangle. Round tables best suit a single centerpiece and goes well with tall centerpieces because its design makes it easier for the guests to look around and converse with other guests. As a designer always keep in mind the guests line of sight.

Contrary to what people may believe, event designers work every day. Most events are held on weekends, but during the week there is so much PREP that has to be done. Not to mention cleaning and storing the items from previous events.
