Tickets for Chaand Raat are available to purchase at the Landmark from Monday to Friday between 9:30 am till 4:30 pm. Tickets on the day of event are 45$ but if you buy before it’s 40$. To avoid the rush on the day , please buy them early. Cash or Check only.

Schedule: Flexible depending on the needs of the venue
The Event Coordinator reports to the General Manager. As a leader of the Landmark team, the Event Coordinator leads the event staff in the preparation and ex*****on of all the events held at the Landmark.
The Event Coordinator duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following:
• Primary Landmark Representative to the guest at most events.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Oversees guest satisfaction throughout the entire event.
• Staff scheduling including police officers, bartenders, servers and set up and tear down crew under the guidance of the General Manager
• Communicates the event agenda/itinerary and or all changes prior to and during the event with the kitchen staff, dish room, wait staff, and all other Landmark team members and on-site vendors involved with event.
• Find solutions to any problems that arise concerning services or programs provided.
• Completes guests walk-thru, Event agreement signings, detailing meetings, tastings, emails, room layouts, Banquet Event Orders, telephone questions and answers.
• Coordinates and monitors event timelines with Chef and Guests to ensure all deadlines are met

• Manages and report issues with staff or guests to Senior Management.
• Advise Senior Management on matters requiring their attention and implementation of their decisions
• Supervise in the room set ups and layouts with setup crew.
• Create room set ups per BEOS and Room Layouts
• Maintains the building with cleanliness issues, simple repairs, and report the information to the staff and General Manager.
• Maintains and organizes Alcohol inventory
• Maintaining products for the bars
• Ordering all bar products including Beer, Wine and Liquor
• Maintenance, upkeep, and repairs for the bars and kegerators with assistance from staff
• Making sure the Landmark office is covered by staff Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
• All other duties as assigned.
