Intimate weddings mean I play many roles. I will fix the grooms boutonniere, fluff your wedding dress so it's picture perfect, pass your flowers to your sister all the while standing with you to recite your love story. When I say "I got you" I really mean it!

Rings! Wedding rings can be tricky to get on during your ceremony.

I offer this advice, put the ring on and leave it where it lays, if it does not go on all the way easily let the person finish putting in on their own finger. Much more romantic that way, rather than shoving it on!

Signing? Signing what? how? when? Bring your marriage license, two witnesses to our meeting at Marry Me Minimonies & Events and we simply sign the marriage license to make it legal! That's right, that simple and that easy...and cheap! Save your $$$

A lot of couples are choosing to do a simple signing now because well the world is still a little confusing and rather than struggle through the stress today, they are getting married now and planning for their celebration at a later date. I am happy to help in any way I can.

Hello, let me introduce myself. I'm Bridgette Aybar, wedding Officiant and Co-owner of Marry Me Minimonies & Events. I am an expert small wedding Officiant. I specialize in performing weddings that cater to couples who prefer to keep it short and sweet and simple.

I live in Gainesville, and I love dragging couples to around town to have their little wedding. I also enjoy decorating and planning micro-weddings in my venue.

Over the past 14 years I've performed 100's of weddings of all sizes. I have had so much fun seeing all the amazing aspects of these different weddings, and I cherish every single detail of these amazing events. Unity Ceremonies - I've got thoughts...

Don't do one unless it focuses on your common interest or hobby and leaves your guest thinking "that's so them" Or make it really fun and do a shot, create a painting or mix beer. For the love of all things please don't do a unity candle lighting outdoors in the wind - just don't. That's the same category as using a paper aisle runner on grass...just does not work.

If you are ready to get married don't forget to apply for and obtain your marriage license!

-Apply at the county clerk's office for the county you live in

-Visit the county clerk's website for their specific instructions

-Typically, you will compete the application online and then make an appointment to go in and pick up the marriage license

-you will most likely need: social security card, birth certificate, picture ID and proof
