The UF Conference Department is the go-to resource for planning your next conference, workshop, or special event! Our primary goal is to coordinate and manage all event logistics, so you can focus on the content of your program. Our team of experienced event managers are prepared and certified to assist with your in-person, virtual or hybrid event needs. We are here to help with negotiating hotel contracts, processing travel reimbursements, coordinating audio visual requirements, and food & beverage menus, as well as many other details associated with planning a conference. Regardless of the size, scope, or complexity of your program, we have the expertise and experience to help make your event a huge success!
