Our Carnival Party dance was a great success. 12 squares enjoyed dancing to Johnny Preston and Dawn Mee. It was so much fun with the Mardi Gras theme everyone wore their beads and fascinators and it was very colorful and fun. Mike and Lisa Seastrom were there as dancers. So happy to see them. Even one of our new class members came out and helped . Thank you Charlotte! 😊

Had so much fun at the Sweetheart ball. On Sunday the 9th at the Hawthorne Memorial center. . We were honoring Alice and Paul Baldwin. They are moving to Oregon soon and will be sorely missed. There were 400 dancers. At the ball and everyone enjoy dancing to Johnny Preston and Romney Tannehill.

Last night at our 52nd Anniversary dance we had 12 squares who enjoyed dancing to Dan Nordbye and Bev Oren. It was so much fun. A little interesting with the no hands tip. All in all a great evening. There was a raffle for the Ronald McDonald House which was very successful. Everyone enjoyed the food and of course cake!

New class started January 6th. Will be open for two more weeks from 7 to 8:30 for new class members. 8:30 to 9:30 for mainstream and plus. If you have recent graduates or anyone that wants to learn to dance have them come to our class we would love to have them.

9 squares had a great time last night at our dance Ringing In The New Year. Michael Kellogg called. He did some interesting choreography. Dawn Mee cued and she was great! Everyone wore Black, White and Silver. There was all kinds of treats and Fruit. It was so much fun!

Last night was are combined Christmas Parties with Rustler's + Church Mice. 53 people attended at Rodrigos a Mexican Restaurant in Tustin.There were lots of fun games like LRC. That's always so much fun. We sang Christmas songs and just had a blast!

We had such a great dance last night. The Riverside Singles did the color guard honoring the USO and Veterans. 14 squares danced to Jay Henderson and Bev Oren on rounds. It was so much fun!!

Rustlers is having our dance on November 23rd Jay Henderson is calling and Bev Oren is cueing. We are also having the Boy Scouts do a color guard. We would like to honor all veterans so if you wear a cap or something that signifies that you were in the service so we can recognize you that would be great

On October 22nd at 7:30 AM my father Alfred Tag passed away he was the last charter member of our club he is going to be having a graveside service at Pacific View Cemetery on November 1st at 12 noon 3500 Pacific View Drive In the Jewish Area

Last night was our schools in session dance. We had 11 squares who enjoy dancing to Mike Haworth and Bev Oren. There was a lady there who is 97 years old and she dances three days a week and her name is Rosemary that's amazing! We also raffled off a stuffed dragon.

We are having our first night of class tomorrow Sept 16th at 7:00 PM.

We had an Amazing dance last night! 10 squares enjoyed dancing to Mike Hogan from Nebraska and Bev Oren on rounds. It was so much fun. He did this really cool tip where everyone was in a circle and ended up back with their partner at the end and went around the whole room and it was kind of like hex squares but not really it was so much fun I have never done anything like that before. Everyone had a blast.

I hope everyone comes to our dance on Saturday. We're having a very special caller coming from Nebraska his name is Mike Hogan this is someone that you don't dance to all the time and he is going to be so much fun! We start pre rounds 7:30 and squares at 8 we're at the Garden Grove Methodist Church in Garden Grove.

Last night we had eight squares at our America dance. Frank Lescrinier and Bev Oren did a great job. Frank did a really cute song about Produce. Everyone seemed to enjoy it.

The Rustlers had a very nice time dancing to Tim Pepper and Zena Beaulieu. We had 5 squares. Refreshments were well received. We had a surprise visit from Treasa Betz. She and Bill moved to Ohio last year.

We had such a great time at our Fifties dance. We had 7 squares that enjoyed dancing to Dan Nordbye and Bev Oren on rounds. There was lots of poodle skirts and rolled up jeans. Chuck Wagon did a great job with the refreshments. Dan had a lot of fun 50's music to dance to.

Sat. April 27 we are having our Fifties dance. Dan Nordbye is calling. He is a national caller. Bev Oren is curing should be a lot of fun! So get those leather jackets and poodle skirts out and come and dance with us.

We had such a great turnout for Ruby's Diner after the play South Pacific. It was so much fun, we had 27 people attend the food is wonderful at Rubys so thank you everyone for coming to this wonderful event all month you're the best!! 💖🎉

We had 5 squares at our Bonnets and Hat dance. This dance was special because Vic Kaaria is retiring from calling. So last night was his last dance. He wants to socialize more than call.I think everyone had a really good time!!
