Reminder, Friday August 6th, Minden Concert in the Park. We will be there, serving Pulled Pork Nachos, Pulled Pork sandos, and burgers. Soda and water will also be available. Hope to see a bunch of you there, (weather looks good so far!)

Settled on the menu for the July 9th concert:
1. Pulled Pork Grilled cheese sandwich, coleslaw, chips

2. Burnt ends, coleslaw, chips

3. Hamburger or Cheeseburger, coleslaw, chips

4. Limited number of straight grilled cheese w/chips

Confirmed today will be the sole food vendor during the next 2 concerts in the park on July 9th and August 6th.

Since the page is pushing out updates, I m still on hold for the trailer. Might be done on the 24th, might be the 1st week in April. Grrrrrrr..........Patience is not my best virtue!

Lots of progress the last couple of days, insurance, licenses, formed an LLC, contracted with a commercial kitchen, ordered the trailer, ordered a camper shell, and registered to take online classes to become a Master food prep for the state of nevada. The hoops to jump through are well.......crazy! But 2021 is going to be a great year!
