We had a Great time in Pecos on Sunday and Monday serving up some Baby Back Ribs and Smoked Teriyaki Chicken.
We will be there on Sunday and Monday moving forward.
Look for the smoke at Quick Burger and stop on by for a bite!

Hello All,
It has been 5 Years now doing BBQ Catering, the Fun, adventures and Locations as well as some Special People along with way is everything I expected in BBQ.
Time to scale back the business Equipment - mostly the Smoker we call the Beast - 18 tray rotisserie, on 5th wheel trailer, propane and wood burning, side burner, 2 propane tanks.
One Coca Cola 2 Door Refrigerator, works Great, replaced motor last year ( only because I didn’t know how old it was and didn’t want to take any chances).
If you know anyone or You who are looking to expand their Restaurant these items can help do it for them and even take it the Smoker on the road...
