Hard to beat our cedar plank salmon cooked over open flame on one of our staple Gaucho grills 🔥💨🪵

We have some pretty passionate salmon lovers at Osorio Kitchen, and proudly source our wild caught salmon from , local to Nevada City.

Salmon planks are garnished with an in house sunflower seed & dill gremolata 🌻

Warning — it’s so tasty that you may wind up eating any leftovers straight out of the container 🤫

As the days get cooler, we’re reflecting on all the incredible meals and moments that we shared this summer. From festivals like , to our farm-to-table dinner at , to the weddings, anniversaries and special events we served, our plates were full but our hearts were even fuller.

We hope your mouth is watering as much as ours is from these photos ! We are excited to announce that we are looking to hire a baker on to the Osorio Kitchen team 🙌🏽🥐🍮🥧

We are seeking someone well versed in pastries, cupcakes, and desserts specifically. Bread baking is not a requirement but a huge plus. Nothing quite compares to the scent of fresh baked sourdough served straight out the oven. And of course, we want our desserts to be reflective of sourcing local, organic and seasonal ingredients.

here is a tomato and rye panzanella salad with painted serpent cucumbers all from our favorite farmers.

Although we’ve been mostly quiet on the interwebs, we haven't left the kitchen, in fact last week between the ‘great plates’ program and small drop offs we cranked out over 1200 meals. Happy New Year, we miss you too! ✨🥳 “You two win the prize for helping us the most when you fed us through epidemic, smoke, shut downs, heat, outages, and family needs reliably every Friday summer to fall. 🤗💐
We looked forward to your weekly menu which was so ethnically diverse and locally supplied. We love your sauces with perfect authentic herbs spices You nailed every soup and varietal salad with herbs, grains, veggies, fruit, nuts, weeds, meat, mushrooms, berries, melons, and whatever could be harvested within our community.
Your reliable services, incredible creative meals and friendships made our lives so much fuller, better than we could have had in 2020 without you both ❤️💕 thank you.

We’re going all out with a dim sum feast for the masses this week, is bringing the bulk of our produce, and and our good buddy bryden big charles bringing the proteins and mushrooms for you all to savor. Steamed buns with house made XO sauce, pickled green coriander, amazing exotic citrus from some farmer friends in santa cruz, and daikon radishes from our good friends are gonna wrap things up for this crazy year. We’re only offering a limited amount of shares this week as it’s gonna be labor intensive, but we couldn’t think of a better way to end an amazing year then busting ass for days on end to help you feast with those you love. Preserved lemon roasted chicken with olives, shallots, and a splash of vinegar is a classic flavorful burst of comfort. The menu is also a nod to this years all star dishes, ones we loved, and got some of the best feedback from.
