Good Day FB… I usually don’t talk on Facebook about test results from the doctor , but I know God will get the glory out of this battle with lupus if I talk about it.
I got all my test results back from my Rheumatologist today and my doctor actually called me about my Urine test for my kidneys. He said I have Protein in my urine which is a no,no for my kidneys. They want to put me on medication to protect my kidneys from lupus destroying them. I’ve always use natural remedies to keep my body where I need it to be when it comes to beating lupus. This is a new battle for me so please keep me in your prayers….. Lupus SUCKS!

I’ve tried to learn my over the 15 yrs with Lupus. I keep a journal of
Foods I eat , drink, and even what I use to wash my clothes in.
I start doing this due to having Flares and triggers. After reading this , I’m happy I did. This could be good for all thrivers.

These things cause lupus flares, especially in women.
1.Stress is the most
Common.
2.The Sun
3. Hormone balance - 90% are women in their reproductive years. Your menstruation ,
Menopause and pregnancy can cause triggers.
4. Food- Maintain a Balance diet.

The Livelife Foundation is at Center Center and Depot giving out Love bags to the homeless community
Today. It always gives me a different look about life when we serve . Your conversations are
“How you doing”& Be Bless.
One gentleman was talking to Miles about his camera. He actually used to be a photographer. Sometimes that’s all they want is conversation.
We will be serving again on Monday November 22nd at noon.
We serve at Center City & Depot.
