Well the last few days were pretty amazing. Just wanted to say thank you to the Saunders Volunteer Fire Department for having us again for their Fourth of July Celebration. It was a success after the rain storms went through. And thank you to all of the folks that came out and supported us it was another sold out year.
A special thank you goes out to Katie Tuck for organizing such an amazing event... Hope to see you all again next year...
I have the best crew that I can ever ask for to put up with me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Everyone say an extra prayer for my buddy Allen and everyone at the Rocky Mount Smoke House. It caught fire last night and it is permanently closed for now....I've heard everyone is ok.....

When a tornado struck her community last month, Betsy O’Dowd of Clarksville, Tenn. knew she wanted to do something to help. She saw on the Montgomery County and City of Clarksville websites that Operation BBQ Relief was in the area serving people impacted by the tornado. She visited our website and social media pages to learn more and was immediately drawn to our mission.

“I was taught that if you can't do anything else in times of need, you can feed someone. No matter what else goes on, everyone needs to eat,” Betsy said.

Good morning everyone. I'm inside today keeping warm and working on our calendar of events for this year, and it is so wild on how fast it is filling up. We are planning on going out of state to cook a couple times this year. I hope.
We want to work on our menu. Not dropping the things that have got us where we are today, but maybe adding a couple things. We now have a deep fryer so we just might go crazy with that thing...lol
A dessert, wings, and maybe another smoked Sammy, who knows.
