Something new and fun! This is a five-week flower share, securing for you or your loved one 5 wrapped farm-fresh bouquets over six weeks beginning mid-August. Bouquets will be picked up each Monday from our farm at 15860 Upton Road, East Lansing from 9am-7pm. Pickups will start Monday, August 12 and continue every Monday through September 16. (Labor Day Monday, September 2nd will be skipped, as most Michiganders will be out of town.) This flower share makes a wonderful gift for the flower lover in your life, or an easy way to enjoy the best of Michigan’s growing season in your home every week! Thanks to partnerships with businesses with Target, Panera, Breadsmith, Groovy Donuts we get food donations EVERY week to distribute to pantries in our area, to distribute at the Harm Reduction Hub and during our weekend distros. We also have benefited from LARGE food donations twice in the past year from MSU thanks to a friend making the connection for us.. we appreciate each and every one of these connections, each week it ensures that we can get items like fresh produce, dairy, bread and snacks to people..
That being said, there's still always a need, if you have a connection with a business that would be willing to help out by donating day olds, or items that aren't "shelf worthy" but still fresh or if your group, org or business would be willing to have a donation drive for items for food pantries like the Tardis, the Fledge or the many others we help to stock, or if you just have the ability to help by shopping for yummy food for the pantries, that would be awesome, please reach out, do what you can

Hi friends! 🥰 It’s been a little gloomy for the past few days, so we wanted to pop in your feed with this sunny August bridal bouquet! 🌼 J&D wanted something simple and light to compliment the champagne colors of their charming backyard wedding, and we said leave it to us! Often, couples will try to uniformly use one or two colors in a limited wedding palette and it just falls flat. With some neighboring colors thrown in the mix and a little touch of contrast (looking at you, black magic scabiosa!), the overall effect is still champagne, and the colors are anything but flat. Using pastel shades of our favorite summer flowers like zinnias (from our friends ), green tassel amaranth, and China asters, we created this lovely bunch that has all the excitement of popping open a bottle of bubbly! 🍾🥂
With wedding season starting to wrap up, we wanted to say thank you to all the couples who trust us and our artistic expression on such an important day! It truly is an honor. We are still available for a few ‘23/‘24 Winter weddings. A huge thank you to all of our amazing students today! You made such gorgeous arrangement and we had so much fun playing flowers at our arranging class in the courtyard of ! Couldn’t ask for a nicer setting, or a more beautiful day to gather together and learn a new skill. And we are so delighted to say that every stem used today was locally grown by ourselves and our farmer friend Michelle at in Morrice! There’s nothing quite like the abundance and beauty of locally grown flowers and building community through them. 🥰✨🧚🏼🌼

Snap🐲 season is finally here! Peony season is taking a hit from the heat and drought, a little smaller but they still smell as sweet! 💖
Just wanted to pop into your feed and let you know that we’ll be unavailable this weekend, as I’m going to see Mother in Detroit tomorrow! If you spot my unicorn boots, please come say hi and get some friendship bracelets! May is a wild month for us, because in the middle of seeding and planting and growing, we’re also finalizing plans for this wedding season! 👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️💐 Planning wedding flowers always makes me a little dreamy, a little reminiscent, and more than a little teary-eyed, so I wanted to share one of my favorite moments with you so we could cry together 🥲😜 Nothing feels quite as special after all the prep and ordering and labor and delivery than the moment a bride sees their bouquet, and it is my absolute favorite. It really feels like a culmination of months of hard work! We’re so thankful to the very talented, very fun 📸 for being in the right place at the right time to capture our amazing bride (and wonderful friend) H seeing her bouquet, and me physically cringing and hoping that she loves it! 😂 This is a moment that is so rarely documented and so difficult to really share with our team and our followers, so it means the world to us to have it memorialized. We’re looking forward to a fun and exciting wedding season, and can’t wait to share with you all. Happy Spring! ✨🧚🏼🌼

Happy May Day to you! May Day is one of our favorite holidays at FMFE because we are nothing if not Fair Folk! 🧚🏼 My personal flower journey began years ago at a May Day Fairy Festival (in Fenton at Heavenly Scent Herb Farm, where I was fortunate enough to become Queen of May in 2019 💖) and my love of Fae and flowers has only grown since then! We love sharing our floral magic with you, and today we just wanted to share a laugh and some of our fairest looks from the last few years. Happy May Day, friends! ✨🧚🏼🌼
