What a weekend and it’s just Saturday !! Condolence trays, party trays, and just because trays! Food is the main attraction in about every aspect of our lives for comfort, socializing, or just plain food therapy! Honestly you don’t know what cutting fruits and veggies can do for a person, it’s definitely my happy place! We rarely do gluten free,but we do have a few clients that request it and we do it up right for them with all fresh ingredients and as close to gluten as possible! Strawberry Pecan Salad with homemade gluten free croutons and Parmesan crips, gluten free garlic sticks, and all gluten free chicken Alfredo, and let me tell you the gluten free Alfredo is better than the regular!!! Trust me on that!

We had the pleasure of catering the reception for Joey and Tylan, Jaime Haynes did an amazing job decorating and displaying exactly what Tylan ask for ! The menu was a calaboration of Joey and Tylan favorite foods, he had his menu and she had hers everybody was happy!!! We normally don’t do wedding cakes but your girl insist you do! lol congratulations Joey and Tylan we love you both.

We had the honor of catering a beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple, their menu meet everyone’s taste buds especially the kids! They started with classic appetizers, then classy charcuterie and fruit display, then finally the fountain of youth which was extremely popular with the kids ( 🧒 one saying this was the happiest day of her life)This wedding was extra special to me because I love both of these families so much and the fact that Earline got to help me yesterday it’s been over a year since we have been able to work a wedding together. Earline has been having some health issues so please continue to pray for her and me because she is literally my right hand. Congratulations Chuck and Tori and best wishes for the future.
