And Happy Father's Day to all the dads like mine, who go the extra mile to love their kids, and love them well. Who protect them, sacrifice for them, work hard for them, and are always there for them. YOU make a difference in the world.

I know Father's Day is hard for many, for many reasons. My heart goes out to you, but know, you are not alone today. I am thinking of you too, and will be praying for you.

I can't believe it has been 7 years since I took your senior portraits. I just talked to you about a session, and was looking forward to seeing you this spring, and meeting your "ol man and bonus babies".

Some of you know, I've had a lot going on the past few months. So much so, that I completely forgot all about my interview with Memphis Voyager last fall. I was so honored they featured me as in January as one of the hidden gems in Memphis! I am so proud and in awe of how far my little business has come. I couldn't love my community more. The care The Baddour Center takes to make sure their residents are comfortable, happy, and have the best accommodations possible always impresses me. Every time I have been on campus to photograph a new phase of renovations, I leave with such a desire to tell the world about this little jewel tucked in Senatobia. And as great as the park-like campus and bright, beautiful homes are, the staff is always SO friendly and cheerful, even under pressure. (And when I go, they are usually under physical and mental pressure up to their eyeballs, working to get everything just perfect before any residents move in!😄)

Win or lose, I absolutely love my community. Your support and loyalty all these years has meant so much more to me than you can ever imagine. I don’t know if I’m really ready yet for whatever this year has ahead, but I’m definitely game for new challenges, new adventures, new possibilities, and new friends.
