The Citizens of Kaimuki Town Square - Local I’a, The Local General Store, Fatto a Mano, Little Vessels Co., Mud Hen Water, and TOWN food&events are coming together this Sunday 8/20 to raise funds for the Maui community. A communal 4-course meal to include fresh-stretched mozzarella, Molokai venison, Ta’ape, ‘ulu, local veggies, wine, and baked items for $150. 100% of the proceeds are going to the Maui Food Bank and HCF-Maui Strong. it's that time of the year again for the Chinese New year dinner prepared by and cookbook author and cocktail by .sunnybrewer

So this year we are doing it a little different so unfortunately there is no dancing dragon running through mud hen water this year. We are offering a six course good fortune dinner at home! This at home dinner kit will be available for pickup
On February 11th with pickup times between 2-5pm. Make your way on over to www.toasttab.com/mudhenwater to check out menu and to place your order! There is a limited amount of boxes available and orders need to be placed by February 6th. So don't hesitate!

The deliciously prepared market catch. Pan seared with sliced garlic & butter till golden brown. Placed on top a bed of white cannellini beans, lemon, olive oil, and kale. Finished with a vibrant local herb salsa verde. Simply prepared to taste the true flavors of the products on the plate, with aloha always.
