To our dear customers,

We are excited to announce that we are transitioning to next chapter of our life. The last few years has been such a blessing and we can confidently say “WE DID IT!”

But all good things must come to an end and we have decided that it’s time to move on and focus on our family and our next business venture.

Our last day for orders will be Friday 6/23. We apologize for the short notice, but with the sale of our building we were faced with the decision to either move on now or have a really difficult season ahead. In the end, we had to put our family first.

Please do not be alarmed if you have an event with us booked later in the year. We have secured a private kitchen and your order will be fulfilled with just as much love and attention as before. If you have a gift card we highly recommend you redeem it asap.

We thank you all for the memories, love and support.

‼️🚘 After careful consideration we have decided to no longer have set store hours. We realized that delivery is a necessity and as events continue to pickup we are often in and out of the store. We will only be accepting pre scheduled orders for summer 2023! Orders can be placed online (24 hours in advance) and if you need something sooner we highly recommend giving us a call to see if we can coordinate a pickup / delivery.

🤩 We go such great feedback on this one! “Everyone is talking about your board. One person said “I walked over to get cake but then somehow I got more cheese.” Another said “if you’re taking that bleu cheese take an extra plate because it’s the best you’ll ever have.” Another said next year let’s just have a charcuterie board..”

Important Policy Updates

I am writing to inform you of important policy changes that Cut and Board LLC has put into effect immediately. Unfortunately our Point of Sale System changed their policy for returns and refunds. We have made our own changes in order to account for their new policies. Those changes are:

We will deduct 5% for full and partial refunds to your original payment method:
Unfortunately we are no longer being refunded for merchant fees when someone cancels or changes their order with us. We will now be deducting 5% from your qualifying refund to cover those merchant fees.

We will now offer a store credit option for refunds:
Since we are no longer able to refund 100% to your original payment method we wanted to offer a better option where you do not lose your investment. Cut and Board LLC is happy to offer a 100% refund in the form of Store Credit for qualifying cancelations.

⁉️Not sure what size to order?

This Gatherings Board went to a party for 12ish. There was a lot of other food and it was mid day. Guess what… there was a decent amount leftover!

We have suggested serving sizes on our website, but we always say “you know your crowd best!” We try to guide customers and ask them to consider the following when selecting your sizes:

- how many people?
- will you have other foods?
- what time of day are you eating? (we tend to be hungrier later in the day)
- is your crowd full cheese lovers?
