There are many different kinds of ketogenic diets, like the ones pictured, lazy keto, dirty keto, etc!!! When placing an order, you can ask about ingredients I use and the carb count. I do low carb and try to incorporate as many healthy fats as I can! But they're only low carb, any allergens or specifics you would like I can always alter and make the same great dish to your liking!!

To all my communities and customers, we are taking extensive measures to be sure you have a safe and still yet pleasurable experience with our food truck. Inspectors have been popping up daily and we continue to pass!!! We use gloves with every transaction and taking cards for payment is a highly recommended and preferred method. You may also place your order ahead of time by texting 832-408-0650 and we will notify you when it is ready to lower the interaction for your safety and comfort. We sanitize the truck and equipment daily including the point of sale system and the pagers. It's hard finding supplies and places are shutting down so we are here for those who can't/won't go out but still want a hot meal for their families. Please feel free to reach out if you would like any meal preps with deliveries!! Thank you for the continued support from each property and location I attend and look forward to serving everyone during this time of need!!

To all my customers, we are going through extensive measures such as washing our hands every hour and handling our transactions with gloves on with sanitizer on hand! It is safer on food trucks vs restaurants as only 2 people are on my truck with no open exposure like restaurants do just direct transactions and interactions. We also do preorders so there is less interaction as well!! I look forward to seeing everyone!!
