All recipes were created by Chef Blasingame, An innovative Self Taught Chef. Taking techniques learned in various kitchens and integrating them with his own style of cooking. The sole purpose of this site is to create a culinary buzz as well as extend my services out to Potential Customers, Friends, and Families. I am also a Licensed Bartender, so not only can I professionally Prepare and Serve your meals but I also offer this as a separate or complimentary service.
