Local small Baking caterer! Our company is owned & run by Chef Brandi Alford. She has worked in many Restaurants around the area & in a few on the East Coast.

She has her Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, & her Bachelors in Food Service Management. Our company believes that if you put good in you get good out, that’s why we use quality ingredients that help to build the flavors & products we want to serve to our customers. Using new and old techniques help us to bring our fabulous customers the best pastries and goods we can offer.
