Yesterday was so much fun getting our kids involved in our Sunday services! Seeing them worship with all their little hearts brought so much joy!

We can’t wait for tomorrow! Our kids are taking over + At The Movies?! It’s going to be an amazing day.

Reminder that our elementary kids will be in service with parents tomorrow! We will still have our preschool classes open to check your little ones in. See you at 9:15 or 10:45!

Our kids are hard at work preparing their songs for this Sunday!! We have a fun day in store, as our kids will be taking over the service and we have a special “At The Movies”experience with Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Our big kids will be helping with worship too!

Make sure to do what you can to be here, as due to copyright reasons, we will NOT be able to stream this service online like usual.

Baptisms + Kingdom Builders wins + Christmas pajama day in Kids = a beautiful day in church!

We had the honor of baptizing two people on Sunday who shared their stories and were ready to go public with their faith!

We also were honored to sew into Missionaries JT & Annah Pharr and their ministry Mission 91 through donations made from our Kingdom Offering last month.

We are encouraged by the evidence that God is working and we’re honored to partner with Him!

This Sunday, we begin a new three-week series, “Old School Christmas”, where we’ll take a look back into Old Testament books of the Bible to discover the places where Jesus was part of God’s story all along.

Dec 3rd: Micah 5:2-5
Dec 10th: Isaiah 9:2-7
Dec 24th (Christmas Eve!): Jeremiah 23:1-6

What an amazing morning in church! We had the opportunity to hear from some amazing local Kingdom Builders partners doing Kingdom work right here in our backyard. Huge THANK YOU to Gracious Promise, Hope Faith Ministries, Marian Hope, Resource Health, Benilde Hall, Refuge KC, and Hope House for visiting today and sharing with our church the impact you’re making in our community.

Our annual Kingdom Offering is THIS Sunday, November 19th & Sunday, November 26th! This offering will help to fund the many projects that are yet to be fulfilled in our Kingdom Builders brochure. This week we will have the opportunity to learn more about some of our local Kingdom Builders partners who are doing incredible work in our community. We'll be hearing from representatives from Gracious Promise, Hope Faith, Marian Hope, Benilde Hall, Refuge KC, and Hope House. Come ready to learn and give!

Our Missions Team is headed off to Nicaragua for the next week! They’ve already landed in Miami safely and have an 8 hour layover before they leave the country. Please be in prayer for them this week for safe travels, that their bags will arrive securely, and that they will make an incredible Kingdom impact! We can’t wait to hear the stories of all that God has in store!

This Sunday we begin a new three-week series entitled, The Cure! In this series, we will look at Matthew chapter 6 and talk through the "cures" for wrong motives, an untrained heart, and anxiety, as it pertains to generosity.

As a reminder, we'll also be taking up our Kingdom Offering on Sundays, November 19th & 26th! This will be our big-give offering to go towards the many amazing projects still yet to be fulfilled in our Kingdom Builders catalog here: cotfc.com/kingdombuilders.

As a church, we’ve completed speaking through the Gospel of John! We ended with the question: “Will you choose to follow Jesus?”

We also celebrated with baptisms in each service and couldn’t be more proud of Amber & James for going public with their faith!

This Christmas season, COTFC is participating in Foster Adopt Connect’s Give Joy Toy Drive. You can make a difference in the life of a child in our very own community this holiday season by sponsoring a specific child, purchasing a gift from an Amazon Wishlist, or simply making a donation directly to Foster Adopt Connect. Consider joining together with your small group to sponsor a child or make a dent in the wishlist! Together we can make a big impact.
