A couple of menu highlights for this event was a delicious lobster mac n cheese with toasted breadcrumbs, chicken nuggets with a caviar bump and tuxedo bombes for dessert 😍

Last week we had the pleasure to host several incredible culinary writers in our space to chat about NOM Catering, what is on trend for this year and experience a Build your own Poke Bowl Station!

2024 Catering Trends ❗️❗️

-Non-alcoholic beverages that aren't lame! Featured here was our Mango Mint Fizz, a perfect pairing for our Poke Bowl Experience.

-Plant-based alternatives are a must for menus! We highly recommend our Sweet Chili Vegan Meatballs or Slow-Roasted Spaghetti Squash.

-Interactive experiences for your guests! Creating memorable experiences such as live toasted s'mores station or parm to table pastas!

We have loved planning our last few corporate holiday gatherings! It makes it even better when we are at one of our favorite venues Visionloft Events STUTZ 😍

Some of the menu featured at this event was our passed appetizers of Vegan Sweet Chili Meatballs, Individual Shrimp Cocktail, Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts and Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce.
