Carmen Mims is a well respected and frequently sought out Body Therapist & Relaxation educator in the Jacksonville, FL area.

Her mission is to support optimal, holistic health by assisting in replenishment and bringing awareness to the mind-body-spirit connection.

She has a bachelors degree in psychology with a focus in human development and cognition from the University of North Florida. Ms. Mims became an educator and taught at various levels before pursuing her passion and receiving her massage therapy license from Alpha School of Massage. Since becoming licensed she has traveled abroad and nationally to deepen her studies while she continues her purpose filled journey by operating a wellness center and working with various organizations to share the importance of relaxation as a practice.

✨2 daily intensive group sessions focused on wholeness, connectedness, and community.
