1.Full On Site Catering:

We handle everything from getting the seafood, to setting up on site, cooking seafood on site, serving, etc…… We call this Our Cajun Experience.

2.On Site Boiling:

You provide everything, we show up with our equipment and boil the product you provide. We call this Our CoonAss Experience.

3.Boil and Deliver to site:

We boil everything at our location, box and deliver to your location hot and ready to eat ( limited area ). We call this Our Bayou Experience Anywhere.

A lil catering job, we did in Springfield La. for Mr. Kort Wittich for his annual pre party for the Tickfaw 200 Poker Run.
