Entree: Frenched Berkshire Pork
Slow roasted and served with a sweet warm apple compote, accompanied by fondant potato and pea puree

Dessert: Grand Marnier Panna Cotta
served with fresh mission fig, drizzled with wildflower honey, candied almonds and garnished with a shortbread cookie
