Hello All
For those of you that are not familiar with what or how we operate we would like to take a minute to explain who we are and what we do. It is a full commercial kitchen on wheels. Since everything is made from scratch, it takes more time to make. Many hours before we head out, we are prepping and baking. That way we are ready to sell when we arrive. So, there is no wait time if it is avai

lable. We make a set number of each filling of piroshki, it’s a really good idea to text or message us to reserve the filling you want. We can make more on the spot, but it takes about 40 mins to make them when everything is ready to assemble. We do have to let the dough rise before we can assemble. Piroshki translates to Hand Meat Pie. Almost every piroshki is handmade by Galina. Hopefully this year we will get her some help. Even after we have been on the streets, markets, and events we still get a lot of new people. Our goal this year is to introduce some more traditional fillings by way of specials. We know a lot of you have your favorites so we will do our best to keep the ones we have. We are doing our best to explain to everyone what a piroshki is and someday we would like to have the entire state of MT know what Piroshki are. Some days I am so tired, I ask myself why I am doing this. When I am doubting myself, Jeremy is always there to cheer me up and keep me going. Then I am reminded by the messages, texts, emails, and people commenting on how much they love them, and it reminds them of their childhood, making something like these with people that were special to them.

This week, we will also do 50% off our frozen Piroshkis while suplies last, time to stock up!

Good evening... so our plans are changed, we are not going to be at Lowes tomorrow :(
We were so happy to see you all, some of you skipping and dancing on your way to our trailer! Definitely felt the love!
But, we need to take care of my Mom!
So tomorrow we have few dr. Apps. We hope we will fix her right up!

Today Nov 6th we are at the parking lot on the corner of hwy2 and Meridian across from Albertsons until 6ish. We are here with The Corndog House, Food Dudes Kalispell.
Thursday, Friday Nov 7th and Nov 8th we are at Lowes both days 11ish-6ish.
Our special for the month of November is our Thanksgiving in bun. It's everything a traditional Thanksgiving has all wrapped up in our bread. It's Turkey, mash potato & gravy, cranberry sauce, stuffing and a little bit of cheddar cheese. We only make them in the month of Nov.
We also have homemade Borscht (beet soup) it has rib meat, beets, carrots, bell pepper, cabbage and tomatoes. We have 2 sizes and you can get it hot or cold depending on availability. Small is $12 and large is $17.

Hello, we just wanted to share with you all, we had a very unpleasant encounter with a thief Saturday night :(
We are still in disbelief what is happening with our beautiful valley.
We are aware we are not the only ones who deal with this.
But it is different times for sure, and eye opening.
We are hoping people understand that having an extra generator for a food truck owner is not a luxury! It is a must!!!
They do break down frequently and some of us have a spare or two, so we all can operate smoothly through the seasons.
It is our main income, believe it or not, and if we do not have extra, it will put us on hold.
But... THIEFS do not care.
Jeremy seems to mess with their plan. When he came home, he noticed its missing.
So we made a police report about stolen property.
Come back home, but decided to go look a bit.
We caught them, they were not able to load it!
We are leaving out a few details, Kalispell PD is involved, and we are pretty sure there will be quanseqances for them

Happy July 4th @ everyone! We will be Columbia Falls Community Market starting at 11:00 a.m till 8:00 p.m! This is our special treat for you! Sweet meringue baked in a nest shape, filled with bavarian cream, and topped with fresh whipped cream from scratch, fresh bluberries and raspberries, this is GF option, made in our trailer. So if you have intolerance to gluten we do not recomend it for you. Other wise,its melting in your mouth! Super delish! We will also have Cheese steak with mushroom Piroshki! Yumm! Flathead_Food_Truck_Fest is tomorrow, June 21st, and June 22nd! We will have sample size Piroshki for you to try! So every food truck will have $3 sample to try! Our regular size Piroshki sprit in 3! You can get that size at the Flathead_Food_Truck_Fest on June 21st and June22nd at the fairgrounds. Mini size are only available with the $3 sampler ticket purchased online or at the gate. You can trade that ticket for sample size at any food truck as you like to try! If you click on their link you can find a coupon code to use to save money on general admission.
