We would love to coordinate your special event! We at The Veil KC, can handle any of your event management needs. Providing and attending to any of the needs our couples have along with their families. The behind the scenes Go-to person for your wedding. As the official coordinator at weddings, we assist the couple and help to ensure the proper ex*****on of the wedding day's events such as:

- Me

eting the vendors to ensure they drop off their products and they are set up properly.
- Handling the big and small details so the bride and wedding party don't have to
- Getting any same day funds to the vendors
- Rounding up the wedding party to take pictures
- Double checking the bride's makeup so she looks her best
- Ensuring that the cake is cut and speeches are given in time for fun and dancing
- Working with the families to get the decorations set up and cleaned up at the end. Depending on the needs of the bride, I can do so much more.

We'd love to have some clips of this fun outdoor event / fundraiser for research, support, and awareness for rare diseases. 300 guests have RSVP'd and the vendor list is below.

It's a fun and meaningful time and the Kansas City vendor team is a blast, if I do say so myself.

The full event is from 5:00-8:00 but I'm guessing you could capture everything within a 6:00-8:00 range! It's very casual "family picnic" vibe!

Reason #2: THE DANCING! The community folk dance will feature gender free dance calling by Lisa Harris-Frydman. No experience? No problem! The dances are taught on the spot. Before each dance, Lisa will walk everyone through the steps, then the band plays and the caller continues guiding the group as you go. YOU WILL LOVE IT.
