The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order
to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager is
responsible for day-to-day communication, streamlining administrative procedures and
inventory control.
The successful Office Manager is an energetic professional experienced in handling a wide
range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks. They will be able to work
independently with little to no supervision. They should be well organized, flexible, and enjoy
administrative challenges of supporting a diverse work environment. This is a full-time position
working Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Responsibilities Include:
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Design and implement filing system
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure all items are
invoiced and paid on time
• Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping
• EFTPS weekly filing
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
• Register warranties
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Marketing of Ron’s Rent-It Center
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
• Two to four years of experience as an administrative assistant or office manager
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of accounting practices
