My favorite thing to do as a business owner is teach our leadership development program. Watching my staff grow and gain confidence in their abilities is a gift I would not trade for anything. I get a front row seat to all the possibilities they have to design the type of life they want to lead and the person they want to become.
This month's book was The No Complaining Rule by John Gordon. I already see the difference in how my team approaches challenges and their determination to find solutions. Investing in your staff is the gift that keeps on giving. (Yes we have the wristbands to remind us to work the problem, find a solution, and stay positive.)

We are so grateful for our staff. We had 14 events this week (2 today) and served over 1900+ people. Grad parties, employee appreciation events, teacher luncheons, and hospital employees all enjoyed meals from The Cheezy Truck and Gaston Street Eats Food Truck!

Ashley, Jeffrey, Alex, Elizabeth, Laci, Eva, Joshua, Kayla, and of course my hubby Eric Hart thank you for making us all shine this week and taking care of our wonderful clients! Y'all are the best in the business and I am so proud of each one of you!
