Loved how cute these tasty signature cocktails turned out. We served them in the entryway as guests arrived for an engagement party. A simple cocktail display is the perfect way to greet your guests AND reduces any lines from forming at your bar!

The client wanted surf and turf, but due to allergies we couldn’t plan a conventional menu.
Our solution? Get creative with our proteins.
Halibut cheeks in a garlic, white wine and sunchoke sauce!!!! Excuse us while we drool over this one! 🤤🤤🤤

It turned out!!!!

I always feel wary of curing and fermenting my own foods. It’s intimidating, but duck “prosciutto” is a favorite in our house. Curing it at home makes it significantly easier to obtain AND SO MUCH CHEAPER! I had to try it!

Our new appetizer menu is officially going out to all clients now. Doing a trial run of these Pesto Chicken Pillows and they are so delicious!!

Sorry we didn’t get better photos. I went back to take more and all the pillows were GONE!!!
