The space is 1500 sq ft with a kitchen area.
Rental includes tables and 40 chairs.
Perfect size for baby or bridal showers, office meetings or parties and adult celebration parties, such as Christmas, Anniversary or Engagement parties.
Black light parties are available for an additional setup fee.
