We are located in Leesport, Pa. We are here to help you plan your next special event. Feel free to look at our website calendar for available dates.

If you are planning a party for 150 people or less you have come to the right place. We are located in Leesport, Pa which is only minutes from most of the Reading area and only about a 20 minute drive from parts of Schulykill County. We do not provide catering, but any soda, water, and alcohol must be purchased through the Fire Company. We do have air conditioning for the summer months and heat fo

r the winter months. We can accomidate almost any party you are looking to have. We have held events such as Weddings and/or Wedding Receptions, Birthday Parties, Graduation Parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Fundraiser Events, Murder Mystery Party and Business Meetings, but we are not limited to these events. We would like everyone to know that the Leesport Rental Hall is associated with the Leesport Fire Company and any event booked with us, the profit that we make goes to the Fire Company. This in return helps the Firefighters help you in the community stay safe when an emergency arises.
