I am looking for 2-3 reliable caterers that can prepare & serve plated and/or buffet offerings for groups of 10 to 450 people at a local Lexington hotel for banquet events on an ongoing basis. We have a massive prep kitchen with industrial dish washing station; plates, utensils, linens, tables, etc; and a large walk-in cooler and freezer. I have business on the books for the fall, and our contracted caterer can no longer accommodate the requests due to limited staffing & busy schedule.

I will need to establish sample menus with each caterer to include at least (3) plated & (3) buffet options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon break offerings. If you have a liquor license, please break down pricing for drinks as well.
