So there is a buyer looking for land to build on. They do not live in OR. This is from a text they wrote me about Astoria after sending me 4 properties to look at..... 🤷‍♀️

"I'm interested in building something sustainable with concrete floors, or cork floors, and all these neighborhoods look like they were bought in the 80's and no one gave a s**t what they looked like. It's like they worked low paying jobs and thought it was good enough. I can't build progressively in these areas."

I was disgusted. Advised that they find another agent. I do not work with bigots, racists, or down right nasty people.

This one was so much fun!! This 1.93 acres on the water had never had a Land Lot Verification done. So, that means that this lot had never been approved for any kind of zoning. It is untouched beautiful acreage. We had to petition the county for the LLV. We started the process in March. With patience, persistence and a few trips to Eugene we finally made it through the entire process. I am so very pleased for my buyer. If you or anyone you know is looking for a realtor that will go above and beyond let me know!

This one was another learning experience. This LOT had never been evaluated by the county for anything other than Land Lot Verification. So my clients wanted to get the site evaluation and septic permit prior to closing. I worked with the county to keep up with the process. All of the information came back last week and we closed on time. I am a total nerd in that I love learning and researching. Real Estate gives me the ability to do both. Congratulations to my buyers. Looking forward to seeing the house when built.
