The Lincoln Community Hall has served the residents of the Lincoln & Upper Blackfoot Valley for 95 years in the historic log octagon building on Hwy. 200. It was built in 1918 by community residents & has been a favorite venue for dances, public meetings, family reunions, weddings, funerals, voting, church services, temporary school classrooms, movies & was even used as a skating rink throughout i

ts rich history. The Community Hall was recognized for its significance & placed on the National Historic Register in 1987. There are few people in the Blackfoot Valley who do not have a happy memory of times, dancing or socializing in the Hall. Since its inception, the Hall has been run by a dedicated group of volunteers who see to its maintenance & operation.

I would like to thank all the people that helped put on the Putt Putt event yesterday! What a fantastic event and there has to have been hundreds of hours in getting donations, setting up the hall, setting up the courses, staffing each location, clean up and more. You people all deserve a round of applause 👏 for all your efforts and this community is so lucky to have such great volunteers! Thank you for making Lincoln a wonderful place to call home.😃

On May 17, 2024 from 1-4pm at the Lincoln Community Hall the DAV will be holding an information seminar regarding the expansion of the PACT ACT with new information about places in the United States listed as Agent Orange exposure sites. We will also be doing claim’s assistance following the seminar. All veterans and their dependents are invited to attend.
