Our next club race is next weekend and we are still looking for volunteers to help as course monitors.

How do course monitors help?

Course Monitors are not only cheerleaders but will assist directing runner traffic. Course Monitors will direct runners that have completed their race to move to the side once crossing the timing mat so as not to cause congestion for other runners
