A massive lawsuit has been filed against Robert Shinn, Hannah Shinn and others as a cross complaint.

7 victims including 4 dancers who left 7m are suing because of a long list including but not limited to: fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, multiple violations of labor code, human trafficking, aiding and abetting human trafficking, gender violence, s*xual battery, aiding and abetting s*xual battery, battery, breach of contract, failure to pay minimum wage, nonpayment of wages, and forced labor.

This is a huge step towards justice against this man and this organization. We are so proud of everyone who chose to speak their full truth and expose the wrong doing and evilness taking place behind closed doors. A church is a place you’re supposed to feel safe.

We will always stand behind and support victims of abuse and victims of Robert Shinn. We’ll be releasing more information in regards to these documents and doing a livestream soon on instagram.

Robert recently made a speech to his congregation where he states he’s given secret visions from God about specific people lying to him. Today we are going to post a short transcript of that speech. This is an example of the types of manipulation Shekinah members are exposed to every day:

“when the lord shows you videotape… He doesn’t do it all the time but sometimes he does….. ‘so and so lied to me’ and I will never let that person know.
…when I need someone I can trust… I will never choose you… Because you dare to lie to me.
I’m not gonna mention it, you get what I’m saying? I’ve done that with many people, well, a handful of people.”
…I know things about people that they know there's no way I could know naturally. I wish I could have that on everybody but I don't, Just to be honest with you... but a few people I do."

In our opinion this is a downright delusional thing to say if he truly believes this. God would never send you visions about people lying to you in order for you to manipulate others. We believe this is extreme manipulation and a fear tactic to make his followers believe he can know their innermost thoughts at any moment. A pastor that is truly following Gods word would NEVER use fear to have control over their followers.

Any information that Robert knows about someone is simply due to Shekinahs reporting system, the bcc’ing policy for all emails which is mandated, and whatever the mentors tell him so they can have more control of the members.

This article was enormously important in bringing these allegations against Robert Shinn to attention. This article has verified sources and details the alleged abuse that takes place in Shekinah Church International. The people who shared their experiences are so brave. Awareness must be spread about this terrible situation so this will never happen to anyone again at the hands of this man.

A man who recently left the church had a conversation with his mentor, Matthew Shinn, before departing. The man tried to express his thoughts to Matthew. He described the actions in the church as “s*x trafficking”, but Matthew allegedly defended his Dad, Robert Shinn.

It’s important to note Matthew is currently the only men’s mentor, so he is the voice 7m men are hearing as well.

The definition of adultery is “voluntary s*xual in*******se between a married person and a person who is not his or her spouse”,
But in Shekinah, Robert allegedly teaches that being an adulterer is having ANY s*x outside of marrige. If you have relations with your significant other, you will be called an adulterer.

Matthew Shinn used this against this ex member, who had previously been in a relationship with a girlfriend, to justify Robert Shinn’s actions. Here is the exact quote of what Matthew said to the man who wanted to leave:

“If you think that the allegations are true that pastor’s a false prophet, then what about you? you’re an adulterer too. does that mean you don’t love God? and you can’t follow god and you going to hell?
You’re in the same shoes. I’m not pointing a finger at you. I’m not condemning you.
How many girls have you been with outside of marrige? I’m not asking for an answer, don’t answer. ….so you should not have a problem with this.”

Shortly after this conversation, the man departed from the church.

Members of SCI don’t deny the allegations against Shinn, but rather, use multiple different justifications. Often the story of King David and Saul is referenced as an example of loyalty. Robert references this story because in the bible, David commited adultery but is continually referenced as the man after God’s own heart and Robert compares himself to this. They also allegedly say things like “if you cannot forgive him(Robert), then how will you ever forgive yourself?”

The ex member stated “We can forgive someone and not support a s*x trafficking group.”

I think Robert Shinn and other Shekinah members are forgetting that you can say whatever you want, but s*x trafficking is still a federal crime

For months I have been reporting on this alleged cult with my team member on instagram. I have decided to make a facebook for my account. Here is a basic origin Shekinah church, and how 7m films has gotten to where it is today.

1990's:
Robert Shinn moves to LA, adopting a church named Shekinah International. He is a normal guy who preaches strictly from the Bible and has around 15-20 congregants. in the very early 2000s, the church moved to L.A. Robert and his sister, Catherine ran many companies. 2008:
By this time, Shekinah International Church had turned into a somewhat successful, yet very controlling church. Robert and Catherine were running multiple businesses, profiting a ton of money, along with recieving tithings from their congregants. Sexual allegations were made against Robert and involved multiple women in the church. There was an argument during a sunday service over this. half the church stayed with Robert and half left all together, or went with catherine.

around 2020:
During covid times, Roberts son, Isaiah, and tiktok dancers, had gotten very close. These dancers started going to Roberts services and 7m films as a management company was born. The management group was small, no more than 20 people, but then again so was the church all together. Probably no more than 45 people.

2022:
One of the 7m dancers, Miranda’s family went live the early months of 2022 and said they had not been able to communicate with her in over a year in over a year. she had joined a church and cut off her family… The said someone has altered her ways of thinking. This is when we started researching Robert Shinn and reporting on this situation.

Fast forward 10 months into 2022 and 6 of the 7m dancers have left because of the allegations, along with multiple Shekinah members and even Robert Shinns own daughter. We have connected with many victims of Robert and many former members of Shekinah International Church. we have become extremely passionate about helping those involved and want justice to be served for all of the victims who have been through these unthinkable situations at the alleged hands of Shinn.
