hibits decorative Flemish bond chimneys and a grand Neoclassical-style portico. It is one of a group of large plantation houses of late eighteenth and early nineteenth century construction that have survived in Franklin County. Today the property is on the National Register of Historic Places and is now opening its doors for weddings and events. The new owners, Joe and Sonja Webb (high school sweethearts originally from Franklin County) were married at the Timberlake Historic House. They would like to offer guests an old colonial atmosphere where elegance and simplicity meet southern charm.
